You can return a product for a full refund for up to 14 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n<p>If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n<p>When returning an item please include the original packing slip where possible. If you don\u2019t have this, please include a note with your order number &#8211; otherwise we will not be able to refund you!<\/p>\n<p>You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
